01 Intake

Send us your patient’s records and impressions through our HIPAA-compliant portal, local pickup, or by mail.

02 Planning

We’ll take the provided case data and create a working digital model, set up diagnostics, and identify anatomic features.

03 Review & fine-tune

Our senior specialists will look over and tweak the plan to ensure it meets our standards.

In complex cases, we’ll bring in our restorative team for their expert opinion on your case.

04 Virtual approval

Receive a PDF proof for rapid approval or meet with your specialist virtually for more in-depth planning and review.

05 3D print & ship

With everything approved, we’ll print your guides, process them through a multi-stage liquid bath, and cure in a vacuum chamber with high-intensity UV LEDs.

After final quality control checks, we’ll ship them to you. And, in record time, you’ll have your guides in-hand.
