It all began over 20 years ago when our founder, Tom Dippel, started working for his parents when he was just 16 years old.
Tom officially began MDL and started building his own clientele. Within the first few years, the business had grown to accommodate 5 full-time employees.
We partnered with Straumann to expand access to guided surgery services throughout the Midwest — at the forefront of a still-developing technology.
MDL purchased its current headquarters in Newport, Minnesota, and has been filling that space with the latest technology and a highly talented team.
We’re proud of our history and excited about what the future holds — continually improving workflows and turnaround times, and persisting as pioneers in the dental industry.
